High Form Ø 14 cm
The Baker's Best series high form with a diameter of 14 cm and a height of 14 cm is a dish that comes in handy wherever a high, narrow-shaped mold is needed. Traditionally used for baking panettone, it is also perfect for Easter cakes, tall yeast pastries, or sourdough loafs.
Made of high-quality carbon steel with an interior non-stick coating without PFOA and PFOS , making it easy to remove baked goods from the mold. The mold is heat resistant up to 230 °C .
After use, wash the mold by hand with a soft sponge and dry it immediately.
