– You can wear Minerva for up to 12 hours continuously.
– To remove the cup: sit comfortably, pull the tip, and gently squeeze the base at the same time.

– There is no need to wash or sterilize during your cycle.
– At the end of the cycle: rinse the cup with mild soap, flush it, and sterilize for 10 minutes.
