Usage and Safety

• Before starting work, it is recommended to perform about 6 complete pumping cycles with the release valve open to ensure proper distribution of hydraulic oil.


• Place the jack only on a flat, hard, and stable surface; the load must rest on the saddle center.


• Do not work under a lifted and unprotected vehicle – it is necessary to use additional supports (e.g., stands) before starting work under load.


• It is prohibited to lift people or animals, and leaving a lifted load unattended is forbidden.


• It is strictly forbidden to adjust the safety valve.

Maintenance

• If the jack is not in use, keep the piston and lever socket in the lowered position; for column jacks, it is recommended to screw the extension bolt into the housing to reduce the risk of corrosion.


• Lubricate moving external parts and joints regularly, at least every 10 working hours.


• For oil replenishment, use only hydraulic oil SAE 10; the use of other fluids is prohibited.


• Expected service life: 4 years from the first use; after that, an inspection at an authorized service is recommended.
