The preparation contains vitamin D3, with a dosage of 4000 IU. The product is intended for adults as a daily dietary supplement of vitamin D3. It can be consumed by people with diabetes.
Vitamin D3 helps:
• normal immune system function,
• normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus as well as maintaining normal calcium levels in the blood,
• support healthy bones and teeth and normal muscle function, and also participates in the process of cell division.
The main source of vitamin D3 is synthesis in the skin under the influence of sunlight. Unfortunately, from September to April, due to Poland's geographical position, this is insufficient. Additionally, frequent indoor stays during summer, the use of sun protection filters, or atmospheric pollution can significantly limit the synthesis of vitamin D3 in the skin. It should also be remembered that for people over 65 years old, vitamin D3 synthesis in the skin happens more slowly.
Directions for use:
1 tablet per day. Take with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. The product is intended for adults.
