Lodge ELK Wildlife Cast Iron Pan 30 cm, suitable for stove, grill, and campfire
Lodge ELK Wildlife Cast Iron Pan 30 cm – this is a special version of the classic Lodge pan with a molded wapiti elk motif on the bottom. The large diameter is perfect for preparing larger portions for several people.
The pan is made in the USA from solid cast iron, known for its excellent heat retention and even distribution. The pan comes pre-seasoned with 100% natural vegetable oil from the factory, making it ready for use after the first wash. Regular cooking and proper care help gradually develop the natural properties of the seasoned surface.
The pan can be used on gas, electric, ceramic, and induction cooktops, as well as in the oven, on the grill, and directly over the fire. Cast iron withstands high temperatures well and, with proper care, can last for many years. The cookware is made without PFAS.
The long handle ensures comfortable control of the pan, while the additional handle on the opposite side facilitates lifting and carrying the heavy, hot cookware with both hands.
After cooking, the pan should be left to cool, and then washed by hand in warm water with a small amount of detergent. The washed cookware should be immediately and thoroughly dried, and then covered with a very thin layer of vegetable oil. Cast iron should not be left wet or stored without thorough drying.
