This coffee combines two exceptional Arabicas – India's Ratnagiri and Brazil's Lua Roxa – creating a blend characterized by a deep, dessert-like quality reminiscent of a large chocolate brownie.

BREWING
"Flow Brownie" is a sweet coffee, but its texture is worth highlighting by using a higher coffee-to-water ratio. Use 18.5 g of ground coffee , grind it with 17 clicks on a Comandante grinder. Pour with water at 96 °C, following this timeline:
