Lightweight work safety shoes from the series PHOENIX S1 PL feature a shock-resistant fiberglass toe and a flexible aramid anti-perforation insole, enhanced with antistatic seams. The fiberglass toe is one of the lightest on the market and occupies less space for the toes than its composite counterpart. It does not absorb ambient temperature, which is appreciated both in winter's cold and on hot days. The anti-perforation insole - unlike its steel counterpart - is flexible and does not restrict foot bending.
Innovative three-material sole. The outer, semi-transparent TPU part, in addition to aesthetic advantages, serves as an air cushion almost throughout the perimeter. This guarantees increased working comfort in non-standard positions. The inner part made of reacting ETPU fully supports the foot, excellently absorbing vibrations. The non-slip rubber outsole enhances stability on surfaces coated with detergents and on oily materials, as confirmed by the obtained SR certification. Increased comfort of use is ensured by an innovative popcorn design insole.
The upper part is made of polyester fabric with a TPU layer over the toe area and from innovative, integrated PU foam heel and thermoplastic PU covered with polyester fabric. This solution is applied in top-class sports shoes. The heel and the front part of the upper are separated by a microfiber synthetic leather strip. The sporty character is also given by semi-automatic laces with a wheel.
