Ingredients: nettle leaves, lavender flowers 20%, raspberry berries, strawberry leaves, chamomile flowers, prickly flowers, rosehip flowers.
RECIPES
Hot drink infusion: pour boiling water (about 250 ml) over a flat teaspoon of dried fruits and let steep covered for 5 minutes. Also delicious with lemon and honey.
Cold drink: refreshing lemonade. Pour 2 tablespoons of dried flowers (about 300 ml) with boiling water and let steep covered for 15 minutes. Once the infusion cools, strain the flowers, add a tablespoon of lemon juice and half a tablespoon of honey. Top up with cold water to a liter capacity. The infusion is best enjoyed well chilled, ice cubes can be added.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Pregnant and breastfeeding women can drink up to 1 cup of infusion per day.
