Accurate printingDiamondBack nozzles rely on a robust diamond nozzle to enhance precise 3D printing. The nozzle is not diamond-coated but made from solid diamond substrate composed of polycrystalline diamond. Diamond is not only the hardest material in the world but also provides best-in-class thermal conductivity or heat transfer capabilities. It easily transfers heat from the hotend through the nozzle and into the filament – ensuring more accurate printing and better layer adhesion on every print!
Any filamentDiamondback relies on patented and proprietary diamond technology. This advanced technology enables 3D printers to print any filament on the same nozzle. The "DiamondBack" nozzle can easily print standard PLA and ABS filaments and highly abrasive filaments infused with carbon fiber without worrying about changing the nozzle! It also allows for 3D printing using PLA copper, iron, and carbon fiber!
Longer lifeEach DiamondBack nozzle utilizes polycrystalline diamond (PCD) that significantly extends the overall lifespan of the nozzle. Due to the unique hardness, wear resistance, and thermal conductivity of this material, it is the ideal solution for 3D printing.
