Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Vitamins A and E are fat-soluble substances; therefore, their carrier is extra virgin olive oil, which aids in their proper absorption.
Recommended daily portion for beneficial effects: Take 1 drop daily orally or add to a cold meal, e.g., salad. Shake before use. The recommended daily dose is 1 drop.
