NEEWER BASICS X12B Aluminum Alloy Liftable Teleprompter

All about the product

The NEEWER BASICS X12B is designed for video recording, live streaming, online lessons, presentations, and other content where the speaker needs to directly face the camera lens. Its design is foldable and does not require assembly, allowing the teleprompter to be quickly prepared for use and conveniently transported. The adjustable platform allows you to align the camera lens height with the teleprompter glass. The 12" HD beamsplitter glass has an approximately 75% light transmission, and text can be comfortably read from up to 10 feet / 3 meters away. The device supports phones and tablets up to approximately 25 × 22 cm, including various models of iPad, iPad Air, and iPad Pro 11".

Comparison with alternatives

Compared to small teleprompters designed for smartphones, the X12B features a larger 12" screen, making text easier to read from greater distances. It is a good choice for studios, presentations, and filming individuals that are not right next to the camera. Larger NEEWER X14, X16, or X17 series teleprompters provide an even larger reading area but are bulkier and less mobile.
