Omega 3 + D3 2000 IU + K2 is a dietary supplement containing unsaturated fatty acids Omega 3 (EPA and DHA) derived from fish oil, enriched with fat-soluble vitamins - D and K. EPA and DHA fatty acids contribute to the proper functioning of the heart. Beneficial effects occur with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. Vitamin D helps in the proper functioning of the immune system, maintaining healthy bones and teeth, and the proper functioning of muscles. Vitamin D also helps maintain normal blood calcium levels and proper utilization/absorption of calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood coagulation and also helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
Recommended portion of the product to be consumed during the day necessary to achieve the beneficial effects of the product: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal. Drink with water (250 ml). The recommended daily portion is 1 capsule.
