Improved tracking and accuracy
Reference points are crucial for creating accurate 3D models. The AESUBdice provides the scanner with clear reference points that enhance positioning and tracking, especially when the object is scanned from multiple angles. This contributes to more reliable scanning results and a more efficient workflow.
Flexible arrangement with multiple anglesThe set consists of 12 AESUB dice, divided into three different angles to create optimal reference points around the object. The combination of angled markers allows for easier establishment of a stable reference environment even when scanning complex shapes and detailed components.
Quick magnetic mountingThe integrated magnet on the bottom allows each AESUB die to be quickly attached to metal surfaces. When needed, they can be easily moved or repositioned during the process without leaving marks, adhesive residues, or damaging the surface.
Important information about targets/markersPlease note that the AESUBdice dice are delivered completely without targets (reference points). To use the dice, they need to be supplemented with 6 mm diameter retroreflective markers (e.g., AESUBdots HIGH RETRO), which are adhered to the positions on the dice before scanning.
