All about the product
The E65W Grind-by-Sync espresso grinder connects to the espresso machine via the Mahlkönig Sync app for wireless synchronization, allowing data exchange through cloud technology and automatic adjustment of grinding coarseness.
Mahlkönig Sync is a digital solution used as a comprehensive hub to collect and analyze data on the entire coffee preparation process. From equipment usage and consumption patterns to predictive and preventive insights for coffee grinder maintenance, owners, managers, and roasting companies can make informed decisions for their business.
The mobile app easily links the grinder to the machine to synchronize grinding and brewing events, displaying relevant statistics. The desktop app allows users to view specific operational data and consumption trends for each grinder in the report dashboard. Managers can define and manage coffee recipes for each grinder, automatically deploying updated recipes. Both applications provide remote and local access to data.
