Blaupunkt SURVIVAL ER10GC Radio Receiver

Emergency AM/FM radio with a telescopic antenna for better signal reception. The device also features a LED flashlight with 3 modes and SOS signaling. It is powered by a built-in 2000 mAh battery, which can be charged in 3 ways: via USB-C connection, solar panel, or manually operated generator.
Whether you're heading to the mountains, exploring deep forest trails, embarking on long hikes, enjoying a peaceful day of fishing, or simply want to prepare for unexpected situations, a reliable emergency radio can become your most valuable companion. It's more than just a source of broadcast information – it's a multifunctional tool designed to enhance your safety, comfort, and independence wherever you go.

Equipped with SOS signaling, multi-mode flashlight, reading lamp, multiple power options, and even the ability to be used as an external battery, this type of radio proves its worth in both outdoor expeditions and everyday emergency situations. When your phone loses signal, the weather changes, or night falls earlier than expected, the emergency radio becomes that device that truly changes the situation.

It’s a compact blend of practicality and safety – which is why you’ll want to have it with you on every adventure.

In fact, a reliable emergency radio is an essential part of any backpack – whether for outdoor travel or emergency preparedness.

To ensure the best possible radio signal reception, it features an integrated telescopic rotating antenna that can be easily extended and turned in any direction.

The ER10 radio can emit a loud SOS alarm signal. This feature can be helpful if you get lost in the woods and need assistance. The volume level of the emitted SOS alarm signal is 110 dB. It's undeniably a loud signal that will help locate a lost person and certainly make the job of relevant emergency services easier.

This radio also has a built-in flashlight with three lighting modes. The first mode is designed for illumination, with a beam that has a longer range. The second mode offers a more diffuse light with a wider, but slightly shorter distance than the first. The third mode is a combination of spotlight and diffuse lighting for the best effect.

In addition to the flashlight, there is also a built-in reading lamp powered by the solar panel. It has twelve brightly shining LED bulbs and automatically turns on when the solar panel is lifted.

The ER10 is powered by a built-in 2000 mAh lithium-ion battery and has a triple charging system. At the back of the casing, under a silicone cover, there is a standard socket for charging via USB-C cable. A proper cable is included, which can be connected to any smartphone charger or any other power source that provides 5 V and 1 A charging current. It takes about 4–5 hours to fully charge.

In emergency situations, when there is no mains power supply, two additional charging options are available – via the 68 × 26 mm solar panel mounted on top of the casing or through the built-in hand crank generator.

When charging with the solar panel, the radio can be fully charged after about 60 hours of exposure to sunlight. However, it's important to ensure that the battery is not completely discharged beforehand.

When charging manually, the flashlight can be used simultaneously. After about 360 cranks, the generated energy may be enough for approximately 30 minutes of radio use at medium volume or illuminating the path with the flashlight.

Depending on the volume level, a fully charged battery lasts for about 10–15 hours of radio usage.

There is an indicator in front of the main device panel that shows the battery level, allowing you to monitor the battery status in real-time.

If you find yourself in an emergency situation and need to charge your smartphone battery, the ER10 has this capability. Just connect the phone to the USB port located at the back of the casing and wait for its battery to draw energy stored in this device's battery.

Included with the radio receiver are a USB-C charging cable, wrist strap, user manual, and warranty card.
