"Super Lube" silicone oil 350 cSt – stable lubrication over a wide temperature range

"Super Lube Silicone Oil 350 cSt" is a straight-chain polydimethylsiloxane fluid with medium viscosity. It provides reliable lubrication and low viscosity variation with changing temperature, making it suitable for rubber and plastic components, as well as for controlled movement and temperature management applications.

350 cSt grade is thicker and flows slower than low viscosity silicone oils, but remains more fluid than higher viscosity versions of this series. This balance makes it useful where controlled spreading, damping, or movement is required.

This oil is designed for use between -50 °C and 200 °C. Low viscosity variation with changing temperature helps it maintain more consistent performance in devices, gauges, and equipment exposed to challenging temperature or pressure conditions.

The silicone fluid has high resistance to oxidation, hydrolysis, and aging. It is stable under shear, has limited flammability, and exhibits good spreading and wetting properties. Due to its dielectric properties, it can also be used in appropriate electrical and electronics applications.

"Super Lube Silicone Oil" is NSF registered as an H1 lubricant intended for incidental contact with food and complies with previous USDA H1 guidelines. It is also certified kosher. Suitability for a specific manufacturing process or working environment must be confirmed through prior testing.
