Lightweight work shoes from the series PHOENIX S1 PL are models with a shock-resistant fiberglass toe and a flexible aramid anti-perforation insole, enhanced with an antistatic thread. The fiberglass toe is one of the lightest on the market and takes up less space for toes than its composite counterpart. It does not absorb environmental temperature, which is appreciated both in winter's cold and on hot days. Unlike its steel counterpart, the anti-perforation insole is elastic and does not restrict foot flexing.
Innovative three-material sole. The outer, semi-transparent TPU part, aside from its aesthetic features, performs an air cushion function almost throughout the perimeter. This guarantees increased working comfort in non-standard positions. The inner part made of responsive ETPU supports the foot comprehensively, providing excellent vibration damping. The slip-resistant rubber outsole improves stability both on surfaces covered with detergents and on oily materials, as confirmed by the obtained SR certification. Increased comfort of use is complemented by an innovative popcorn design insole.
The upper part is made of polyester fabric with a TPU layer over the toe area and features an innovative, integrated PU foam heel and thermoplastic PU, covered with polyester fabric. This solution is applied in top-class sports shoes. The heel and the front of the upper are separated by a strip of microfiber synthetic leather. The semi-automatic laces with a wheel also give it a professional character.
