Workshop Washing Machine is a versatile device designed for the manual cleaning of mechanical components, especially in automotive service centers and industrial workshops. It is ideal for removing greases, oils, and other contaminants from automotive parts and tools. The stationary model is designed for a 200-liter drum and operates within a closed loop cleaning liquid system. The cleaning process utilizes a flow brush through which the cleaning solution is pumped .
Operating Principle of the Washing Machine:
Cleaning occurs on a perforated work surface, beneath which is a drip collection tray. Contaminants dissolved in the cleaning liquid drain by gravity – heavier sediments are captured at the bottom of the tray, while lighter oil compounds are transferred to the filter system. In a closed system, the cleaning liquid is recycled, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Liquid circulation is maintained by a suction-pressure pump, and the flow rate through the brush can be precisely adjusted using a flow valve. The drum with cleaning and grease removal liquid is situated directly beneath the work surface.
