The Ermenrich NG50 gas detector is a compact device for indoor air testing for dangerous flammable or toxic gas concentrations that pose a threat to life and health, helping to prevent leaks, emissions, explosions, and fires. This device detects over 10 types of gases: methane, ethane, propane, butane, ethylene, propene, butene, acetylene, propen, butyn, and others. The detection range is 0–10,000ppm (parts per million). The maximum margin of error depends on the type of gas: for flammable gases - ±5% of the full scale of the sensor, for carbon monoxide (CO) – ±10% of the measured concentration, and for hydrogen sulfide – ±2μmol/mol or ±10%. With a flexible probe, measurements can be taken in hard-to-reach places.

Measurement results are displayed on a clear 2.4" color screen. The Ermenrich NG50's response time is less than 45 seconds, making it convenient to quickly conduct several tests and respond promptly to detected leaks. The device features sound, vibration, and light alarm functions that activate when readings exceed set maximum values. By default, the low warning threshold is 500ppm, and the high is 2000ppm, but the user can change them. Measurements are recorded in the device's internal memory. It can save 999 alarm events, 299 error and malfunction reports, 99 calibration records, and 99 operational event records (on/off, signal reset, settings change).

The Ermenrich NG50 gas detector comes with a built-in flashlight for use in dark areas. The device is powered by an internal 2000mAh, 3.7V lithium-ion battery, which fully charges in 6-8 hours and provides over 8 hours of operation. The device can be charged via a USB Type-C cable and a power adapter (included).
