Sodium butyrate, the sodium salt of butyric acid, is a natural substance produced by gut bacteria residing in the colon. Butyric acid is a primary energy source for the epithelial cells of the gastrointestinal tract. The sodium salt of butyric acid has undergone a microencapsulation process that protects the product from premature release and absorption of the active substance.
Recommended daily serving for beneficial effects: Take 1 capsule twice a day (morning and evening) with a meal. Drink with water (250 ml). The recommended daily dose is 2 capsules. It is advisable to use for at least 3 months.
Storage conditions: Protect from light. Store in a tightly closed container, at room temperature, in a dry place, out of reach of small children. The product contains no fillers, anti-caking agents, or colorants.
