High-performance cooling solutions – made in Germany

Thermal Grizzly introduces a new product – KryoSheet, which belongs to the company’s promoted “High-performance cooling solutions” product line. The Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet series graphene thermal pads are an excellent alternative to high-end thermal pastes. Similar to the Carbonaut pastes, they feature a conformable surface and extremely high thermal conductivity. Compared to Carbonaut pastes, KryoSheet exhibits significantly higher thermal conductivity as a premium product. This increased thermal conductivity is achieved not only through material selection but also through an innovative manufacturing process. KryoSheet contains no liquid components, which makes it insensitive to normal aging, unlike traditional thermal paste. It cannot dry out.

What makes KryoSheet so special?

KryoSheet graphene pads have a Z-direction stacked molecular structure. This optimized structure ensures excellent and consistent thermal conductivity. This is achieved through a specially designed manufacturing process that breaks down the graphite hexagonal crystalline structure along the basal plane to utilize the anisotropy of graphite's thermal conductivity. However, due to this intricate manufacturing process, the side effect also increases electrical conductivity, affecting the stability of the KryoSheet pads, so they should only be used according to the instructions! Due to the optimized thermal conductivity of KryoSheet compared to Carbonaut, the graphene pads are primarily intended for enthusiast products in the consumer segment as well as for industrial applications. Examples of KryoSheet usage: upgrading used graphics cards and laptops.

Who benefits from KryoSheet?

Here, the advantage of KryoSheet pads is their ease of use and durability. The long service life of the pads means they require no maintenance. Apart from industrial applications, such as server manufacturing, they are also beneficial in the production of home computers or in the original equipment manufacturers (OEM) sector. Since the pads do not need to be replaced regularly like thermal paste, complicated maintenance is eliminated.

Warning!

KryoSheet pads are electrically conductive and must not come into contact with electrical components! Note: The 75 × 72 mm KryoSheet pad is supplied with a Kapton insulating plate and a small amount of silicone oil. This size is specifically designed for use in the socket of AMD EPYC 9000 series processors. The Kapton insulating film protects the chip and is placed around the chip on electronic components (SMD).
