Grapefruit oil is a versatile and popular essential oil for aromatherapy, skin, and hair care. It is extracted from grapefruit peels and is known for its energizing, mood-enhancing, and refreshing properties. In aromatherapy, grapefruit oil is used to uplift mood and reduce stress and anxiety.
It is also said to promote mental clarity and concentration. The oil can be sprayed in a room or added to a bath due to its aromatic properties.
Usage
For room fragrance, add 1-2 drops of essential oil to oil burners and candles.
For baths, mix 7-8 drops of this essential oil with a glass of kefir, cream, yogurt, or a spoonful of salt, honey, or light oil and pour into the bath.
For cosmetics, mix 3-4 drops of essential oil with 20 g of any cream and use it to care for the skin.
Warnings: In case of contact with eyes - rinse with plenty of water. Keep out of reach of children. Do not apply directly to the skin.

It is necessary to check for allergic sensitivity! Before using essential oils, it is recommended to check for allergic sensitivity on the skin and in the respiratory system: mix one or two drops of oil with 0.5 - 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil and apply on the inner forearm, wrist, or elbow crease with a piece of cotton. If no allergic reactions occur after some time (maximum after 12 hours) - redness, itching, you can use the oil for skin treatments.
Store in a tightly closed container in a cool, dark place.
