"Synnøve Finden" – an independent Norwegian dairy producer operating since 1928. The company is known for its high-quality cheeses and attention to Norwegian traditions. "Fløtemys" is a classic brown cheese made from cow's milk and cream. During the cooking of the whey, the milk sugar caramelizes, giving the cheese a gently brown color, creamy texture, and pleasantly sweet, caramel flavor. Compared to other brown cheeses, "Fløtemys" has a milder, more dessert-like flavor profile. It is perfect for breakfast on bread, as a snack with fruits, or alongside a cup of coffee.
