It consists of several components: a classic 6 millimeter thick steel chain, a goose neck, cushioning foam, and a plastic fiber cover. The steel chain, as well as the casing and the holding parts of the locking mechanism, are made of specially tempered steel. The "goose neck" refers to two metal spiral springs that are wrapped around each other, ensuring that the lock maintains its shape. This way, the lock can be bent into the desired shape and securely wrapped around the bicycle frame. The cushioning foam makes the lock comfortable to touch and it is quiet during transport.
