The history of Cagliari company is the story of a Modena family, reflecting a typical Italian history of the last 150 years. It is a story about men who became pioneers. Driven by noble ideals and great courage, they crossed the ocean in search of a better future. This was also true for Ambrogio, who went to Brazil, where he found work on a coffee plantation.

Thanks to his determination and seriousness, he soon had to engage in the selection and commercialization of green coffee. He left São Paulo for Bordeaux to distribute Brazilian coffee in Europe, slowly making his way back home. In 1909, he returned to the center of Modena, where he opened his roasting and tasting shop.

A blend of Arabica and Robusta, characterized by a distinctly expressed character. The South American origin is best revealed with strong notes of caramel and dark chocolate, which together with the dried fruit notes of Robusta create an excellent combination. Coffee with a rich and enveloping richness, ideal for those seeking intensity and uniqueness.
