White Tea HAYB Pai Mu Tan 35 g – this is a classic, an interesting interpretation of traditional white tea from Yunnan province. In the dry mass – young buds, picked before they have a chance to unfurl into leaves. This is a “living” tea – the production process (wither and drying) slows down oxidation, but does not completely stop it, so the leaves develop over time. Despite its delicate character, Pai Mu Tan can contain a lot of caffeine (up to 7%). The infusion stands out with a light, greenish-yellow color and a soft, velvety taste. Floral notes and subtle sweetness dominate here, complemented by gentle woody accents. This is an excellent choice for a light afternoon tea or a drink after a meal. The package contains 35 g of leaf tea.
