All about the product
The smooth sliding mechanism reveals the needles during use and fully retracts them for safe storage between uses. Needles are precision instruments and can easily bend – handle them with care.
- Needles: thin metal needles, angled for removing clumps
- Housing: aluminum housing
- Operation: sliding opening/closing protective storage system
- Use: open the sliding case to reveal the needles. Gently stir the ground coffee in the portafilter to remove clumps and evenly distribute the coffee before tamping. After use, fully retract the needles for safe storage.
- Cleaning: wash by hand with soap and a soft sponge. Needles are fragile – be careful when cleaning them. Do not wash in a dishwasher.
- Maintenance: if needles are damaged, they need to be replaced. For deeper cleaning, periodically disassemble and clean parts by hand, then dry thoroughly before reassembling.
