Using the vacuum sealing valve:
Before placing the lid on the base, pull the vacuum sealing valve upwards.
Place the lid on the base.
Press the vacuum sealing valve down. This will create an airtight seal.
To remove the lid, pull the valve upwards to release the vacuum.
