The accelerator pedal uses a patented “X-Cross Dual Sensor Fusion” system, which combines an accurate angle sensor with a highly sensitive pressure sensor (“Load Cell”) and a patented “X-Cross” signal fusion algorithm. This solution eliminates signal disturbances and reduces the delay caused by sudden load changes, ensuring that the response to accelerator control remains very smooth and predictable. The “X-Cross” system offers up to 65,535 resolution levels, which means up to 16 times greater accuracy than traditional angle sensors with 4095 levels. The result is more precise power delivery, easier traction maintenance, and better control when exiting turns.

The pedals are made of 304 stainless steel, CNC machined 6061 aluminum, and carbon fiber plates, ensuring high stiffness and resistance to heavy loads. The structure is based on a multi-link design that eliminates play and ensures stable operation of the mechanism even when braking abruptly. Special high-density silicone shock-absorbing bushings are also used, effectively absorbing vibrations and reducing noise caused by sudden load changes. The set includes an external control module with a 24-bit signal processing chip housed in a robust aluminum casing.
