Cast Iron Baking Pan Lodge 26 cm
Cast Iron Baking Pan Lodge 26 cm is designed for baking homemade bread, toast bread, banana bread, cakes, and other baked goods prepared in an elongated shape. Cast iron retains and evenly distributes heat very well, helping to achieve a uniformly baked interior and nicely browned crust.
The pan is cast in the USA from solid cast iron, which withstands high temperatures and does not deform during baking. The surface is seasoned in the factory with 100% natural vegetable oil, so after washing, the dish is ready for use. Regular baking and proper care help to develop the natural properties of the seasoned cast iron surface.
The capacity of the pan is approximately 2.1 liters. Two integrated side handles make it easy to lift and carry the hot dish using oven mitts.
The pan is intended for oven use and should not be placed directly on the stovetop. The dish is made without PFAS and, with proper care, can last for many years.
After baking, the pan should be left to cool, then washed by hand in warm water with a small amount of detergent. The cleaned dish should be thoroughly dried immediately, and then coated with a very thin layer of vegetable oil. Cast iron should not be left wet or stored without thorough drying.
