Optimize paint viscosity for airbrushing
Vallejo airbrush thinner allows easy adjustment of paint consistency according to nozzle size, air pressure, and painting technique. Vallejo recommends using up to 25% thinner if needed, for paints intended for airbrushing, dilute up to 50% thinner. Standard acrylic paints for brush painting can be thinned up to 50% thinner if necessary. The thinner preserves paint adhesion, coverage, and durability while ensuring smoother and more controlled painting.
Perfect for Vallejo acrylic paints
The airbrush thinner works excellently with Vallejo Model Air, Game Air, and other water-based Vallejo acrylic paints. For best results, first prime the surface and apply paints in several thin layers. A compressor pressure of approximately 15–20 PSI (0.5–1 bar) is recommended while airbrushing, depending on your equipment and technique.
