“Kexcelled THE K6™ PLA FR” is designed where flame resistance, good inter-layer adhesion, and minimal deformation are critically important. This material features a high tensile modulus of 4100–4600 MPa, making parts stable and load-resistant under constant loads.
With a density of 1.28–1.30 g/cm³, this material ensures dense and uniform prints with high precision and a smooth surface. As a result, this material is particularly suitable for enclosures, protective covers, and functional components where long-term dimensional accuracy and structural stability are required.
Printing recommendations- Nozzle temperature: 210–230 °C
- Bed temperature: 30–60 °C
- Bed modification: Adhesive tape or glue (at temperatures below 60 °C)
- Printing speed: 40–80 mm/s
- Cooling fan: 50–100 %
