It consists of several components: a classic 6 millimeter thick steel chain, a goose neck, foam protection, and a plastic fiber cover. The steel chain, as well as the casing and the holding parts of the locking mechanism, are made of specially tempered steel. The "goose neck" refers to two metal coil springs that are wrapped around each other and ensure that the lock retains its shape. This allows the lock to be bent into the desired shape and securely wrapped around the bike frame. The foam makes the lock comfortable to touch and it is quiet during transport.
