Using the blend (Create a unique scent for your senses at home, in the sauna, workplace, fitness or yoga studio):

• In diffusers and humidifiers (5 – 8 drops per liter of water)
• In aroma lamps (3 – 4 drops into the water container)
• In a calming bath (3 – 6 drops into a bath with warm water)
• For a calming aromatherapy massage (1 drop per tablespoon of Optima Natura base oil)

Properties of the blend's ingredients

1. Lavender essential oil – calming and soothing effects. Allows achieving inner harmony, relaxation, and recovery. Its effectiveness is proven for anxiety and depression disorders, during high periods of nervous tension, chronic stress, and sleep problems. The high content of linalool and linalyl acetate in the oil reduces central nervous system reactivity.
2. Lemon balm essential oil – calming, soothing effects. Has sedative properties, reduces nervous tension, restoring balance. Recommended during elevated stress, mental and physical exhaustion, sadness, depression, and apathy states. Lemon balm leaves contain essential oil whose main components include, among others, citral A and citral B. Lemon balm is a medicinal raw material that calms, reduces insomnia, and alleviates anxiety states. By relaxing tension and reducing feelings of anxiety, it helps with sleep.
3. Lemongrass essential oil – possesses a gentle calming effect on the Central Nervous System, used during excitement, anxiety, fear, insomnia, stress, and nervosity. The main component of lemongrass essential oil, as in the case of lemon balm, is citral. It acts calmingly, analgesically, and as an antidepressant. Reduces pain caused by muscle fatigue (so-called congestion), and has anti-rheumatic effects.
