All about the product
Glucomannan is a natural, water-soluble dietary fiber obtained from the roots of Konjac (Amorphophallus konjac), also known as devil's tongue. This plant originates from Africa and Asia, although it is now also common in the Caribbean and Latin America. There are over 600 known varieties of yam, of which 95% are still cultivated in Africa.
Glucomannan makes up about 40% of the dry mass of the root, which comes from Southeast Asia. It has a long history of use in herbal blends and traditional dishes such as tofu and noodles.
Glucomannan has a unique ability to absorb water and is one of the most viscous dietary fibers.
Recommended intake: 3 capsules once a day.
How to use: Swallow the capsules with 1 or 2 glasses of water, 15 minutes before a meal.
