The preparation contains vitamin D3 in a dose of 4000 IU. The preparation is intended for adults as a supplement to the daily diet in vitamin D3. The preparation can be used by people with diabetes.
Vitamin D3 helps:
• in the proper functioning of the immune system,
• in the proper use of calcium and phosphorus and maintaining proper levels of calcium in the blood,
• in maintaining healthy bones and teeth as well as proper muscle function, and is also involved in the cell division process.
The main source of vitamin D3 is skin synthesis under the influence of sunlight. Unfortunately, during the period from September to April, due to Poland's geographical location, it is insufficient. Also, during the summer period, frequent stays in enclosed spaces, using sunscreens, or atmospheric pollution can significantly limit the skin synthesis of vitamin D3. It should also be remembered that in people over 65 years of age, the skin synthesis of vitamin D3 occurs more slowly.
How to use:
1 tablet daily. Drink with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. The preparation is intended for adults.
