All about the product
ROG Xbox Ally X
We want gamers to have the best handheld experience possible. So together with Xbox, we've created a smoother, more intuitive interface. Now, when you power on your ROG Xbox Ally X, you're dropped straight into the Xbox full screen experience - a console-inspired Ul optimized for joystick and button controls.
It still has the flexibility of a full Windows installation under the hood - simple, seamless, and made for play.
Next-gen Performance
Powered by the AMD Ryzen™ AI Z2 Extreme, the ROG Xbox Ally X delivers next-gen graphics and ultra-smooth gameplay with AFMF. As the first AI-powered handheld, its built-in NPU is ready for the future of gaming.
Less Charging. More Boss Fights.
Portability means everything for a handheld, which is why we’ve equipped the ROG Xbox Ally X with a massive 80Wh battery. And it’s not just about battery size. The new Ryzen AI Z2 Extreme delivers greater efficiency and performance across the board: playing in Silent Mode will feel like the previous generation's Performance Mode, while giving you more playtime.
Inspired by Xbox controls
Comfortable. Familiar. The ROG Xbox Ally is designed to feel natural, just like your favorite Xbox controller. Dedicated textured grips allow for a more secure hold — the perfect fit for comfortable long sessions at home or on the go.
Feel the Incredible Immersion
We’ve added a vibration motor into both triggers of the ROG Xbox Ally X, offering a huge upgrade to immersion. With independent trigger vibration, anything from racing a supercar to destroying hordes of zombies will feel incredibly visceral.
See it. Hear it. Feel it.
The Xbox Ally X features a bright 7” 1080p touchscreen with 120Hz refresh rate and FreeSync™ Premium for ultra-smooth gameplay — even outdoors. Protected by Gorilla Glass and powered by dual Smart Amp speakers, it’s built to look great and sound even better.
Play without limits
The ROG Xbox Ally X isn’t just built to play games — it’s built to play every kind of game. No matter what you play or how, the ROG Xbox Ally X is built for your library.
