Tough Resin 2.0 is designed for 365–405 nm UV wavelengths, making it compatible with most LCD 3D printers. With a viscosity of 450–500 cP at 25°C, it ensures smooth printing and easy handling. The resin cures effectively, resulting in highly accurate prints with smooth surfaces. It is also available in multiple colors, offering various design options.

The physical and mechanical properties of the resin contribute to its reliability in complex applications. Its density is 1.10–1.15 g/cm³, while its hardness is 82–84 Shore D. Its flexural strength ranges from 42–52 MPa, and the flexural modulus is 1500–2000 MPa. The heat distortion temperature is 50-55°C, ensuring stability under various conditions. The shelf life is 1.5 years, and the resin remains effective over time if stored properly.

To achieve optimal results, Tough Resin 2.0 should be used with the recommended printing parameters. A layer thickness of 0.05 mm ensures fine details, while the standard exposure time ranges from 1.5 to 3.6 seconds. The bottom layer exposure time should be 20–40 seconds, and the bottom layer count should be 5–6 for proper adhesion. The Z lift distance should be adjusted between 5-10 mm, and the lift and retreat speed should be 2-6 mm/s to ensure smooth layer transitions.
