In the charming Everdell valley, fierce competition brews for the construction and management of the largest city. Creatures from distant lands flock to live in the lush valley, while mayors vie to ensure their lands surpass others. Take on the role of a mayor and show that your city thrives, or join forces with another mayor to prove that good governance is the key to success. But remember, time is running out, and resources are limited. To host all events by the end of the year, you'll need to devise a clever strategy and carefully plan your actions.

Everdell Duo is a standalone game set in the enchanting world of Everdell. It offers a completely new mechanic tailored for two-player gameplay and a fully replayable cooperative campaign consisting of 15 chapters that can be played solo or as a pair.

What does it include?

1. Everdell Duo can be played in a competitive mode (one player against another) or a cooperative mode (two players working together). The goal is to accumulate the most points. To achieve this, play workers and gather resources, then use those resources to play cards and build the woodland city.
2. You can play cards from your hand or from the meadow – the board area where cards are laid out. However, you can only play cards from the meadow that are next to the sun or moon marker, and the meadow will move with each turn. You cannot miss an opportunity, making careful planning crucial. Additionally, you will encounter events with different requirements, providing new meanings to specific cards and combinations of elements in each game.
3. The game progresses through four seasons. After the seasons conclude, you will count the points collected to determine the winner. In cooperative mode, you win by achieving the chapter goals.
