The „Uniprodo“ water softener is equipped with a high-quality automatic valve with an integrated processor and electronic water meter that monitors water flow and accordingly regulates the regeneration process. The water flow ranges from 1.4 to 2.8 m3/h, the operating pressure – from 0.15 to 0.5 MPa (1.5–5.0 bar) and has a 6.5-liter capacity ion exchange resin tank. The product can be connected to the main valve or water inlet, as well as to a specific device. The unit features a panel with an LCD screen. The locking function prevents accidental parameter switching. The ion exchange resin is regenerated using salt, which needs to be regularly replenished. At 50 ppm hardness, it should be replenished after 1000 liters of water flow. The energy consumption during resin regeneration is 3.3 W. In all other cases, the energy consumption is limited to the screen, which is 1 W.
