Dory Explore (Deep Purple)
"Dory Explore" - a small, compact, and easy-to-operate underwater drone. With its unique features, it is ideal for underwater exploration and treasure hunting. Equipped with a built-in metal detector and a removable net for your findings.
The compact and portable underwater drone "Chasing Dory" is designed for both recreation and work. It features a camera that records in Full HD (1080p) quality, quality optics, built-in LED lights, and underwater diving capabilities of up to 15 meters. It is perfect for those without diving certification who still want to explore and document the underwater world.
"Dory" is also suitable for sailing clubs and boat owners who need to easily and affordably check ports, docks, and boat hulls.
The "Explore" version is additionally equipped with a metal detector and a removable net for your findings. The metal detector can detect a 22 mm diameter coin from a distance of 4 cm. This new model also offers a dual-person connection mode, where one person controls navigation while the other takes photos and videos, with the material being saved in the 16 GB internal memory. The content can later be easily shared directly on social media.
Captured angle and diving depth
Five propellers control "Dory"'s movement in the water. Two are dedicated to moving forward/backward and turning sideways. The other three regulate diving depth and tilt angle. The arrangement of the propellers and the special app functions allow the drone to be captured at a +/- 45-degree angle. This means the camera can be directed down to the bottom or up to the hull of a boat, even while the drone moves horizontally. "Dory" also has a depth-hold feature, allowing it to remain stable at the desired depth.
The special "Chasing Dory" app is available for both iOS and Android systems. It offers, among other things, 19 built-in filters for various video effects and the ability to share experiences on social media.
