PRODUCT SAFETY INFORMATION
FORD RANGER battery vehicle
The product is intended for children aged 3 to 6 years, unless the child's height and weight allow for further use. Maximum load of the product is 30kg.
WARNING: The necessity of using protective measures. Do not use in traffic.
WARNING: The toy is not suitable for children under 3 years due to the maximum speed.
WARNING: The toy does not have brakes.
WARNINGS:
Familiarize your child with safety rules and warnings related to riding the toy, which are included in the instruction manual.
Using the toy requires spatial orientation and control skills, the lack of which poses a risk of falling or collision, which may result in injury to the user or third parties.
While riding the toy, the child should be under the supervision of an adult and within their sight at all times.
It is recommended that the child wears shoes while using the toy.
The child should always keep both hands on the steering wheel. Do not allow the child to press the gas pedal until they are securely seated and have both hands on the steering wheel.
Teach the child to brake before placing them on the toy. To stop the vehicle, lift the foot off the gas pedal and the toy will begin to slow down by braking the motor.
Never leave the child unattended.
It is recommended to use the toy in places that are completely safe for the child – e.g. at home, in the yard, in a fenced playground, etc. Always under the supervision of an adult!
Do not use the toy on uneven, bumpy, steep surfaces and near open water bodies. Do not use the product on sand and other loose surfaces.
Before use, check that the toy is properly assembled and all parts are properly tightened.
Regularly check the condition of all screw connections and other elements securing individual mechanisms of the toy to the body, especially the wheels and steering wheel. Regularly check all cable and battery connections.
Do not use the toy if any damage is found or if any part is missing.
Do not use spare parts other than those suggested by the manufacturer.
Do not allow the child to stand on the toy. Risk of falling.
Do not allow the child to stand up while driving. Risk of falling.
Only one child may use the toy at a time.
The toy must never be towed by another vehicle or bicycle.
The toy cannot be used to tow other vehicles.
Do not use the toy after dark or when visibility is limited.
WARNING! The charger is not a toy. Do not allow the child to play with the charger. Do not use the toy while charging. Improper use of the charger may cause electric shock.
WARNING! The charger has a long cable! Risk of strangulation!
WARNINGS:
The charger should be regularly checked for cable, charger, and plug damage or other elements. If damaged, the charger cannot be used. Do not repair the charger yourself. Contact the manufacturer's service.
The battery requires about 9-10 hours for a full charge. Never charge the battery for more than 11 hours. During charging, the battery and charger may be warm. If any part is hot – immediately disconnect the charger. Never allow the battery to fully discharge.
Always pay attention to the polarization of the battery cables and their proper connection (correct polarization). Never short-circuit the power terminals. Use only the battery and charger included with the product or another battery recommended by the manufacturer. Never select the battery yourself. Always keep the battery out of reach of children.
If disconnecting cables from the battery – make sure to reconnect them properly:
Connect the black cable (negative polarization -) to the black connector on the battery (negative polarization -).
Connect the red cable (positive polarization +) to the red connector on the battery (positive polarization +). Never connect them the other way around. This will damage the battery and the product and void the warranty.
WARNINGS:
The remote is not a toy. It is intended for adult use only and should not be used by children. Strict adult supervision is always required. The reception range may vary significantly depending on the weather, battery, and other environmental conditions.
The remote and toy use batteries: 2xAAA (LR03) – batteries are not included with the product. The battery replacement instruction is included with the product – in the manual. Keep the packaging and instructions for future reference as they contain important information.
Batteries should be replaced by adults. Replacing batteries in the toy. Unscrew the battery compartment cover. Remove the old batteries, then insert 2 pieces of "AAA" batteries into the battery compartment. Pay attention to the correct polarization of the batteries (+/-). Replace and screw on the cover. NOTE: BATTERIES ARE NOT SUPPLIED WITH THE TOY. Only the recommended type of batteries may be used. Batteries should be installed according to the correct polarity. Keep batteries out of reach of children. Rechargeable batteries must be removed from the product before recharging.
Rechargeable batteries can only be recharged under adult supervision. Do not mix different types of batteries, nor new batteries with used ones. A battery leaking electrolyte cannot be used or charged. Immediately remove leaking, defective batteries as they may cause skin burns or other injuries. Used batteries should be removed from the toy, or if it is unused for a long time, to avoid corrosion leakage. Do not short-circuit battery compartments or terminals. Do not throw into fire and do not heat. Used batteries should not be disposed of with household waste, they should be returned to a place that ensures proper recycling.
