Telescope SkyWatcher SkyMax 127 (AZ-GTi) WiFi - 127 mm (5'') F/11.8 WiFi GoTo type Maksutov-Cassegrain system telescope on SkyWatcher AZ-GTi computerized mount, controlled via WiFi network from a smartphone or tablet (Android or Apple OS). The AZ-GTi mount has an integrated WiFi module that creates its own WiFi network, allowing the mount to be used anywhere, without being tied to other WiFi or mobile networks. By entering your coordinates into the app and performing a simple alignment procedure, you are ready to explore the Universe using an intuitive on-screen menu.
The AZ-GTi along with the SynScan app provides complete computerized GoTo control, allowing the telescope to automatically point to any of the objects in the database, which includes over 10,000 celestial objects. SkyWatcher Freedom-Find ™ patented dual encoder technology allows the telescope to be manually moved in any direction without needing to realign and losing its coordinate information. This gives the user great freedom, convenience, and flexibility in observations.
The compact yet powerful SkyMax 127 telescope is ideal for observing binary stars, the Moon, bright planets, and the brightest deep-sky objects. It has a high resolution, long focal length, and multi-coated optical surfaces.
