Module with non-volatile FRAM memory, designed for data storage, characterized by low power consumption and durability. Each byte can be read or saved 10,000,000,000,000 times. FRAM is also extremely stable over time, allowing data storage for up to 95 years at room temperature.
The capacity of this system is 256 KB (32 KB), interacting with the main microcontroller via the SPI bus. The pins operate at 3.3 V and 5 V voltage.
