AESUB White is a permanent scanning spray developed by scanning experts. It is the result of improving the permanent spray for scanning.
The spray applies a homogeneous thin matte layer on the surface of the object. It is designed to ensure optimal contrast values in optical scanning applications. AESUB White contains pigments, rocket fuel, and solvent, and it is optimized for material compatibility. AESUB White sets new standards as it optimizes surface homogeneity and reduces layer thickness. Unlike traditional sprays, AESUB White does not contain titanium dioxide, which the European Chemicals Agency associates with carcinogenic incidents when inhaled.
Spray AESUB White from a distance of 15-20 cm. Spray over the entire surface you will be scanning. Gently press the spray button and move the can back and forth in smooth motions across the area. Move evenly without stopping in one place to ensure an even layer is covered. Once the layer is applied, you can scan the object in the usual way.
Make sure not to spray the aerosol near sensors and sensitive equipment, as AESUB White is a long-lasting scanning spray, and the pigments it contains can contaminate the nearby environment.
Scanning can begin immediately after you cover with a stable and white coating.
