Grinding porcelain stoneware tiles is a time-consuming and complex process. Distar has created a disc that grinds tiles exceptionally quickly, does not chip the edges of the tiles, is designed to work at maximum speeds, and does not require water cooling.

It grinds FIVE times faster than any other tile grinding disc.

Graphite inserts in the diamond layer prevent the disc from overheating, allowing it to grind porcelain or granite products up to 20mm thick easily and quickly.

It lasts a long time, as one disc can grind up to 50kg of dust when grinding hard porcelain ceramic tiles.

Maximum convenience when working with this disc is achieved due to the special disc geometry, which has different working edges and a curved body that hides the angle grinder's mounting screw, thus protecting the tile from damage.

Each disc is balanced in the factory to prevent vibrations during operation.

The grinding and polishing disc is designed for grinding edges of tiles and granite up to 20mm thick and for forming a 45-degree angle.

Suitable for shaping the edge of thin tiles, such as Laminam 4mm thick, at a 45-degree angle while grinding. This is a great alternative to shaping 45-degree angles using grinding instead of cutting.
