All about the product
The module is based on the STM32F303VCT6 microcontroller, which has a Cortex-M4F core with a hardware floating-point unit. The board also includes a gyroscope, an accelerometer with a magnetometer, and an ST-LINK/V2 programmer/debugger.
The module allows the implementation of projects based on the popular 32-bit microcontroller family STM32. Thanks to Discovery, the user can explore the capabilities provided by the latest ARM Cortex M4F core with a hardware floating-point unit. Software development is facilitated by libraries, and many examples can be found on the ST website. The user can also utilize the sensors on the board: a 3-axis accelerometer, a magnetometer, and a gyroscope.
All you need to program the chip is a miniUSB cable and a programming environment such as CooCox. The chip can be assembled using a breadboard and jumper wires.
