It features direct humidification and the ability to download data from a USB port for HACCP data retrieval. Both the casing and the oven chamber are made of stainless steel AISI 304 . The oven has double-layer glass doors that open from the top, and the distance between the guides is 74 mm . The device can be set up thanks to 99 programs and is optionally equipped with a wi-fi connection for software updates. The oven operates within a temperature range of from 30deg C to 260deg C and has 1 fan with a reverse function operating at two speeds. Humidification is direct, adjustable on the touch panel. The device has overheating protection and cooling for the control elements. The chamber is equipped with LED lighting.
