Both the casing and the oven chamber are made of stainless steel AISI 304 . The oven has double-layer glass doors that open from the top. The oven operates at temperatures ranging from 100deg C to 260deg C and has 2 fans with auto-reverse. It has a preheating function up to 180deg C . Humidification is direct, 5-level , adjustable via a knob. The device has overheating protection and cooling for the control elements. The chamber is equipped with LED lighting.
