News! The fastest dry drilling diamond crowns DISTAR RM-TX

Designed for drilling reinforced concrete, concrete, masonry in dry mode using drills with MICROSHOCK function.

Suitable for more powerful diamond drills over 3.0 kW without MICROSHOCK function.

Diamond segments are made according to DIAFIX technology - diamonds are arranged in even lines, allowing for smooth and exceptionally high-speed cutting of concrete or other hard materials

Diamond segments are laser welded to the body, making them much more resistant to overheating and breakage.

RM-TX drills are an excellent solution for drilling holes in renovated spaces where water cannot be used.

RM-TX drilling crowns (450 mm working drilling length) are produced in the following diameters: 42, 52, 62, 72, 82, 102, 112, 122, 132, 142, 152, 225, 250 mm.

Characteristics of DISTAR RM-TX drilling crowns when used with drills that have the micro-shock function.

Rotation frequency 1100 - 2100 rpm
Shock amplitude 0.25 - 0.5 mm
Number of impacts 28000 - 45000 bpm


Suitable for drilling with hand drills and with diamond drills without micro-shock function with power from 3.0 kW to 5.0 kW and equipped with dust extraction.

Note: As the drilling speed decreases or the crown stops drilling, it is recommended to refresh the diamond segments by sharpening them on a special sharpening stone.

Standard connection: 1 1/4 UNC.
